Reva has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant providing
clients with information and innovative ideas to help them successfully
market their products and services. Using research methodologies
such as focus group discussions, in-depth interviews and idea
generating sessions among consumers and management teams, she
provides critical insights in new product/service development,
positioning, strategic planning and new applications for technology.
Reva is a former associate of Synectics. She has also worked in
marketing research for several advertising agencies including
J. Walter Thompson in Chicago and Brussels, and Cabot Advertising
in Boston. Reva holds a Masters degree from Northwestern University.

Harvey Ehrlich brings a unique visual and verbal component to
strategic and product innovation. Whether functioning as a visual
diarist, or making product and packaging concepts real, his special
talent is to make pictures worth a thousand words and to make
words worth a thousand pictures. He brings a quality of both common
and uncommon sense to each project in which he is a participant.
His career
as designer, illustrator and fine artist spans more than thirty
years. His background is diverse from design of product,
exhibitions, museums and world's fair pavilions, to Broadway and
movie posters, packaging, corporate identity, animated sculpture
and film, advertising, editorial illustration to direct mail,
point-of-purchase, industrial shows, to painting and drawing.
His range and expertise in all areas of idea generation makes
his talent and contributions unique in his field. |

Gayle is a seasoned professional who brings high energy and experience
in leading corporate teams to develop breakthrough strategies,
innovative products/services, and organizational transitions.
Gayle spent nine years with IdeaScope Associates, where she served
as officer and manager of West Coast operations.
Gayle has
traveled the globe on consulting assignments with top tier companies,
including Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Avery. Gayle
also donates her time to the boards of the Big Brothers Big Sisters,
the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention
Center.

Dr. Munch has more than 20 years' of senior health care experience
encompassing pharmaceuticals, medical products and diagnostics.
His corporate experiences include Ortho Pharmaceuticals Advanced
Care Products (vice president and board member), Sphinx Pharmaceuticals
(president, CEO and director). Doug currently serves on one of
the advisory boards at the Johns Hopkins Medical School and is
chairman of its Industrial Liaison Committee. He has developed
and directed the introduction of new businesses and products that
exceed $300 million in sales. Doug's corporate and consulting
experiences encompass strategic planning, business development
and licensing and all product development functions. His education
includes: a Doctorate in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering from
Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine; an MS in Mechanical
Engineering and Biochemistry from the University of California;
and a BChE in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.

Ron O'Reilly brings unique experience to PIE. His background includes thirty years’ experience as an educator in psychology, sociology, mythology and philosophy of science. He is also an experienced clinician, human services administrator and consultant in mental health, family systems, senior life issues and group culture evaluation.
He is a master storyteller who has been active as a performer
in the story network for 25 years. He trains, consults and facilitates
the use of story for motivation and alliance building, as well
healing. Ron is founder of the New Jersey based Stories Worth Repeating from People Worth Listening to, a personal history service which interviews, archives and produces first person stories of individuals and culture carriers in families, businesses and communities. |

A marketing consultant for 14 years specializing in new market entry, product development and innovation process, Lisa focuses on building effective teams and communication for projects, running innovation and facilitation workshops, recruiting and facilitating expertise panels, designing and delivering market immersions, moderating focus groups and overseeing strategic invention processes. She is certified in administering and analyzing the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument (MBTI®) and the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®), two leading tools in identifying team thinking and personality dynamics.

Debbie Fox has been in the Market Research industry for over 25 years, specializing in field management, executive recruitment and in-depth interviewing. She began her career at Shugoll Research as a door-to-door interviewer. Being an interviewer provided a solid foundation for a future career in research.
As a partner at Group Dynamics/Cherry Hill, Debbie used her management skills to build a new focus group facility from the ground up. She then spent 6 years at KRC Research, a division of Bozell Advertising in which she successfully rebuilt and managed the field department.
Debbie has been providing outstanding field management services to Practical Imagination Enterprises since 2004. |

Debs 25-year business career has encompassed a variety of
senior brand management positions for the Pillsbury Co. and Kimberly-Clark
Corp. She is passionate about the creative process, having led
numerous significant new product initiatives. She helps clients
create bold ideas, think wild thoughts and find breakthrough solutions
to tough business challenges. Deb has worked with a long list
of Fortune 500 companies since starting her company in the summer
of 1998. Deb is the Head Thinker at Minneapolis based
Big Think, Inc.

the consumer products industry. She brings unique inside perspectives
and a diversity of experience to her qualitative research consulting.
She applies innovative methodologies to support the creation of
new product and packaging concepts, new product platforms and
new vision/strategy definitions. Karen's corporate experience
includes: Häagen-Dazs (Director Research and Development);
M&M Mars, Inc. (group manager, research and development);
The Quaker Oats Co. and Kraft Foods. Karen is founder of New York-based
Wimmer & Associates.
